fix: resolve {{count}} interpolation and add notification bell for parapharmacy products

- Add interpolation support to t() function in LanguageContext (web + mobile)
- Pass medicine, currentUser, onLoginRequest props to PharmacyList in ProductView
- Remove duplicate title in ProductView (PharmacyList already renders one)
